Catering Requirements from Production
In order to run our catering unit for your crew,
we would only require a few things:
Unit Base Generator Power - we need to be able to turn on base geni 2 hours before Unit calls to prepare breakfast.
A supply of fresh water. This could be a direct link to mains water or a fresh water bowser.
A supply of overnight power to run our kitchen and support fridge/freezer trucks.
A waste water bowser when required.
Additional easy ups for service stations if required
We will come with a crew of five and we will need 4 rooms.
Overtime – Our basic day is 10hrs. Any time over a 10hr day will be charged at an overtime rate per staff.
